Refund and Returns Policy – Vantek™
At Vantek™ (under the registered firm Laptop Luxe), we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping and service experience. Our Return Policy is designed to ensure clarity and transparency regarding returns, replacements, and service-related concerns. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return or requesting service assistance.
Product Returns & Conditions
Returns are accepted only if the product is returned in its original condition, including all original packaging, labels, accessories, and documentation.
Any modifications, alterations, or part replacements in the product will lead to rejection of the return request. Such cases may also result in legal action.
Tamper-evident seals are applied to desktop cabinets and select internal components before dispatch. Returns will be automatically rejected if the tamper seal is broken, missing, or if the serial numbers of parts do not match our internal records.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery, except for selected items which are ineligible for return.
➤ Only factory-manufactured, sealed branded products (such as sealed CPU, RAM, SSD, etc., directly from the manufacturer) are eligible for return, provided they are unused and meet all return conditions mentioned above.
➤ If any sealed branded product is found defective, the warranty must be claimed directly through the respective brand’s authorized service center. Vantek™ is a reseller and does not process brand-level replacements or refunds.
➤ Products assembled or integrated by Vantek™ (including custom-built PCs or setups) are strictly non-returnable. As these are assembled to order, no return or refund is possible once the order is placed and the status is marked as “Processing” or “Ready to Ship.”
Return Process
Contact Us: Customers must initiate a return request by contacting our support team within the specified timeframe via phone, email, or the contact form on our website.
Evaluation: Once a return request is received, our team will assess the validity of the request. The product will be inspected upon return to determine eligibility.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A trackable shipping method is recommended to ensure the safe return of the product.
Refund Process
If the product meets our return criteria, the refund will be processed to the original payment method after deducting a 50% delivery charge to cover shipping costs.
Payment Gateway Charges:
We use PhonePe Business and Razorpay as our payment gateways. A payment settlement fee of 2% + 18% GST (i.e., 2.36%) is applicable on all transactions made through our platform.
In the event of a refund, this payment gateway charge will not be borne by Vantek™. The customer will bear the deduction of this 2% + GST fee from the refund amount.
Note: We do not charge any extra amount in case of a product replacement. If a product is found to be faulty or not as promised, a replacement will be offered at no additional cost. However, if the customer opts for a refund instead of a replacement, the 2% + GST payment gateway fee will be applicable.
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days and amount will be credited in 7 working days of receiving the returned product. Additional time may be required for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.
Exclusions
Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund (it might take 7 to 10 days to complete the replacement or refund possible).
Non-Returnable Items: Software licenses, downloadable products, and personalized/customized items are not eligible for return.
➤ Opened, used, or tampered sealed products are not eligible for return. Such cases must be handled through brand warranty support.
➤ Integrated desktop systems or any PC assembled as per customer request are excluded from return eligibility. Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances after the order moves into “Processing” or “Ready to Ship” status.
Return Policy for Vantek™ I.T Services
Service & Replacement Policy
No Returns on Services: Since Vantek™ I.T Services provides repair, upgrade, and IT solutions, service-related payments are non-refundable once the service is completed.
Product Warranty Coverage: Any hardware or parts purchased through us come with the brand’s official warranty. As the customer is informed of the product before purchase, returns will not be accepted.
Customers have two options:
Order the required parts themselves and request only service assistance from us.
Purchase both the product and the service from us.
Service Warranty
Our services are provided with a quality assurance guarantee, but we do not offer returns or refunds once the service has been rendered.
During the service, if any additional issues or faulty components are identified, we will settle the matter on the spot to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional costs may apply for extra repairs or component replacements.
In case of issues with a hardware part installed by our team, customers must refer to the brand’s warranty for further assistance.
