📦 Shipping Charges:
We charge shipping fees based on the weight of the product being shipped:

  • Weight up to 2kg: Shipping fee of ₹99

  • Weight up to 5kg: Shipping fee of ₹149

  • Weight up to 10kg: Shipping fee of ₹399 (only if order value is below ₹5000)

  • Weight up to 20kg: Shipping fee of ₹499


🆓 Free Delivery Conditions:

  • Free delivery for all desktop purchases, regardless of order value.

  • Free delivery for any order above ₹5000.

⏳ Order Preparation & Delivery Time:

  • Shipping Processing Time : 1 day may be needed to customize and ready the product as per your requirements.

  • Delivery Time: Usually 3–7 days.

  • Possible Delays: Natural disasters, curfews, or emergencies may cause shipping delays. We are not responsible for such delays beyond our control.


📦 Returns and Responsibility for Damaged Products:

  • No returns for damaged or burnt products after delivery.

  • Each product is carefully inspected and packed using foam and plastic film to prevent any physical damage or tampering during shipping.


♻️ Replacement Timeline:

  • If a replacement is approved, we will first wait to receive the returned product.

  • Upon receiving it, we take 1 business day to inspect and prepare the replacement.

  • The replacement product is then shipped and delivered within 1 to 7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and logistics.


💰 Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds, as our systems are custom-built and integrated based on individual requirements. Once assembled, these configurations are tailored specifically for each customer, making them non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Only replacements are provided if the product is genuinely non-functional upon delivery and meets all return policy conditions, including intact tamper seals and valid unboxing video evidence.


🔒 Security & Fraud Prevention Measures:

  • Packing Video Record: We record every product’s packing process for transparency and fraud protection.

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: We highly recommend customers record a complete unboxing video from the moment they open the shipping box. We will not accept responsibility if the video starts after unboxing, as the product might have been intentionally tampered with.

  • One-Time Security Stickers: Every CPU cabinet is sealed with a tamper-evident safety sticker.

    • If this sticker is broken, voided, or missing, you are not eligible for return in any case.

    • This sticker ensures the internal parts have not been accessed or altered.


⚠️ Component Verification and Fraud Protection:

  • All part numbers (for CPU, RAM, SSD, motherboard, etc.) are recorded before dispatch.

  • If you try to replace, remove, or modify any part, your return request will be rejected, and appropriate action will be taken.

  • We take strict legal action against fraudulent activities, regardless of product value.
